stay 11 days in citadines, and it feel like my home, room cleaning check, The guards are good, the people sorounding are good, mall of asia are near you can walk it like ten minutes you are already in moa, but there is a one problrm, wgen i call early in the morning to ask assist for check out no one answering the telephone so i thought there is no people, so i decide to go down for checkout, i got surprise when i see they are there, two employee of that hotwl are there, why they dint answer the phone, And God willing, when I come next time, I want you to put on Saudi channels, such as the Holy Quran channel and the Sunnah channel, Belize, because I will return to the Philippines soon and this hotel is one of my favorites now. Thank you

The breakfast buffet is well worth the cost compared to the ala carte menu and the food is fresh and contains a range of western and Pilipino foods. Only thing lacking is oatmeal. The room was roomier than I expected considering our other stays in the area over the last few years. the location is excellent as several features such as the harbor front, MOA and Ayalla malls are within a 15 minute walk. The work out facility is much better than any I have seen and there was never a line to use the laundry facilities which are co-located with the gym so you have something to do while the washing machine runs.

ROOM - excellent but with untimely hot water and tv interruptions without notice. Guest must the inform as soon as possible. Don't delay spreading the message to all guests. Don't wait the guest will raise the issues and complains. Utmost and best service is the promise to deliver to the guest. LOCATION - best exercise to walk going to MOA for 15 to 20 minutes and most of the basic needs within the surroundings. Shout out to: RICH, JAMES and Arnold

- Friendly and polite staff from the guard, pool staff, bellhops and restaurant staff. Quick to offer assistance even without asking. - Not very crowded in terms of waiting for the elevator or using the pool and gym - The huge water dispenser instead of asking for multiple small water bottled that fill up the trash immediately - Impeccably clean rooms
